Grants For Solar Panels in Wales

Solar Panel Grants in Wales

100% free solar panel grants in Wales are now available through the government ECO 4 scheme.

Government backed grants for solar panels are now available in Wales through the Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4) scheme. ECO 4 is designed to reduce harmful carbon emissions and help vulnerable, low-income Welsh families tackle fuel poverty.

What are solar panels?

Domestic solar PV are panels that are placed on your roof which capture energy from the sun’s rays and convert it into electricity. The electricity is then used to power your home appliances. They are a renewable energy source and don’t produce harmful emissions.
They are becoming increasingly popular as a way to generate cheap, green energy.
Installing a solar PV system on your roof means you can become less reliant on the grid and fluctuating energy prices. And because you are generating your own electricity you can reduce your electricity bills by a substantial amount.
